Pricing questions.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you keep full access until then.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free. That’s $190/year for Plus and $390/year for Pro instead of paying monthly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing data stays exactly as it is. You just won’t be able to create new items beyond the lower tier’s limits, and tier-locked tools (like forecasting) are locked behind an upgrade prompt until you subscribe again. Your CSV export always stays available, on every plan.
Can I manage multiple acts from one account?
Not yet — today each band or project has its own account and plan. Multi-artist roster workspaces (one login across every act you manage, with roster-level roll-ups) are in active development and coming to Pro. Managing several acts and want early access? Email hello@artisthq.app.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments and billing are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. We never see card data.
