The plans
ArtistHQ has three tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. You get every core feature on all tiers — paid plans raise the volume limits (how many shows, contacts, products, releases, and how much document storage) and unlock CSV exports.
How billing works
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle takes care of charging, tax/VAT, and the invoice, and you'll accept their buyer terms at checkout.
Changing or cancelling
Manage everything from Settings → Subscription:
- Upgrade — pick Plus or Pro, monthly or annual, and check out in-page.
- Manage subscription — opens the billing portal to update your card or cancel.
- Cancel — you keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for; nothing is charged again.
Refunds
EU/UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for the details. For anything billing-related we can't sort in-app, email hello@artisthq.app.
