Plan limits & storage

Every tier sets a ceiling on how much you can keep in ArtistHQ — both how many things you can store and how much file space you have for uploads.

What Free includes

On the Free tier you can store up to:

• 5 shows
• 15 contacts
• 3 products
• 2 releases
• 8 gear items
• 2 crew
• 10 documents
• 250 MB of file storage

Plus and Pro

Plus and Pro raise all of these. Both give you effectively unlimited counts, and they bump your file storage to 10 GB on Plus and 50 GB on Pro — plenty of room for stage plots, contracts, artwork, and the rest.

What happens at a limit

• When you reach a count limit — say your 5th show on Free — you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of being able to add another.
• When an upload would push you over your storage cap, the upload is blocked and you'll get a clear message explaining why.

Checking your usage

Go to Settings → Subscription to see where you stand. There's a usage breakdown and a storage meter so you can tell at a glance how much room you have left.
